"I had a very disappointing experience with one of the mechanics, Imran, at this service center. He is not preferable under any condition. Due to what appeared to be a personal grudge or bad attitude, he handled my vehicle very irresponsibly. I visited the service center for a tyre change and got premium Bridgestone all-terrain tyres fitted along with wheel alignment. After that, I requested nitrogen filling, as the tyres initially had normal air. I clearly instructed him to remove air from two tyres first, fill nitrogen, and then repeat for the other two tyres. Despite this, and even after I stepped aside for just 2 minutes, he intentionally removed air from all four tyres at the same time, which can potentially damage the alloy wheels and TPMS sensors. This shows complete negligence and lack of technical sense. The owners are good and cooperative, but the mechanics—especially Imran—are pathetic and unprofessional. Because of such staff, the reputation of the service center suffers. I strongly recommend the owners to take strict action and customers to be cautious."
